1. The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 192B Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire OX14 4SD (“Harley-Davidson”).
2. The Promotion entitles each customer who during the Promotional Period purchases a new model Cruiser or Grand American Touring Harley-Davidson unregistered
motorcycle, excluding CVO and Icons variants, Trike models, Softail Standard, Fat Bob and Sport Glide variants through a Harley-Davidson Finance (“HDF”) financing
program to receive a financing rate of 7.9% (seven point nine percent) APR Representative and 10% minimum deposit required while stock lasts.
